This yoga class includes a postures from various styles of vinyasa, including the 1st and 2nd series of Ashtanga. It’s a stimulating, vinyasa flow, which combines tempo and sequence, with breath, bandhas and drishti, creating an invigorating, lengthening and rejuvenating practice. Variations will be given to fit practitioners in intermediate and advanced levels of yoga. This class is not appropriate for beginners, experience in yoga is required.
