This yoga class includes a postures from various styles of vinyasa, including the 1st and 2nd series of Ashtanga. It’s a stimulating, vinyasa flow, which combines tempo and sequence, with breath, bandhas and drishti, creating an invigorating, lengthening and rejuvenating practice. Variations will be given to fit practitioners in intermediate and advanced levels of yoga. This class is not appropriate for beginners, experience in yoga is required.

For many people, private individual or private small group yoga sessions are the ideal environment to begin their yoga journey or travel farther along their path. It is a very special experience and privilege for me to lead these focused and personalized sessions, which are held in my private studio.
