This refreshing class focuses on breath, bandhas and yoga poses in a flow to emphasize core strength and concentration, while marrying breath with movement. It is a 75 minute class that will leave you feeling longer, stronger, rejuvenated and more open in the hips, shoulders and chest. It also allows for a longer savasana (quiet, relaxing, rest period) at the end.
