Yoga, to me, is a means of safely and effectively conditioning the body while also calming the mind and finding comfort in stillness.

For many people, private yoga lessons—whether individual or in a small group—offer a wonderful way to begin yoga, address individual needs, or deepen an existing practice. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual, with attention to personal goals, abilities, and comfort.

It is a privilege for me to share this more personalized approach to yoga and to help each student develop a practice that feels supportive, meaningful, and uniquely their own.
