ABOUT CAROLINE

Caroline San Juan Czubaj is the owner of Beyond the Pose Yoga in Panama City, Florida, and a Yoga Alliance Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with more than 10,000 hours of teaching experience.

Her career in health and wellness spans more than three decades. Caroline previously served as Director of two hospital wellness centers and has worked as a wellness lecturer, instructor, consultant, columnist for The Miami Herald, writer for Your Health magazine, and radio and television on-air personality. She co-authored Optimum Performance Training: Basketball (ReganBooks: HarperCollins) with Dr. Micheal Clark, former President and CEO of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Caroline began her professional training as an intern at the world-renowned Cooper Institute for Aerobics Research in Dallas before earning a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s degree in Business Management.

In addition to her E-RYT 500 designation, Caroline is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP), a NASM Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) and Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT), and has held personal training certifications through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) and American Council on Exercise (ACE). She is also a Nutrition Specialist and has been certified in Group Fitness through the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA).

Today, Caroline brings together her education, professional experience, and more than 10,000 hours of teaching private yoga lessons, group yoga classes, and 200- and 300-Hour Yoga Teacher Trainings to help others condition their bodies, calm their minds, and find comfort in stillness through the beautiful and peaceful practice of yoga.
